تبیین عوامل موثر بر سطح حمایت ساکنین شهر تبریز سطح حمایت از توسعه گردشگری (با تاکید بر ابعاد اجتماعی – فرهنگی )
امروزه نقش ساکنان محلی در تصمیم‌گیری‌های مربوط به توسعه گردشگری امری حیاتی است. لذا شناخت میزان حمایت ساکنان محلی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر سطح حمایت، ضروری است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی میزان حمایت ساکنان از توسعه گردشگری با استفاده از رویکرد معادلات ساختاری، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) است. از این رو شناخت میزان حمایت ساکنان محلی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر سطح حمایت، امری سطح حمایت ضروری است. ابزار اصلی گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه می‌باشد. بدین منظور تعداد 384 پرسشنامه به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای ساده، در سه ماهه دوم سال 1395 (تیر ماه – شهریور ماه) بین جامعه آماری تحقیق توزیع گردیده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد ارتباط مثبت و معناداری بین تصویر ذهنی ساکنان از شهر تبریز و حمایت آنان از توسعه گردشگری وجود دارد. همچنین بین تصویر ذهنی ساکنان و اثرات اجتماعی – فرهنگی درک شده حاصل از گردشگری ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. تصویر ذهنی ساکنان از جامعه محلی، درک آنها را از اثرات گردشگری تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد و اثرات درک شده گردشگری توسط ساکنان، منجر به حمایت آنها از توسعه گردشگری می‌گردد. در نهایت بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از تحقیق می‌توان بیان کرد با توجه به اینکه مهمترین عامل شکل‌گیری تصویر مطلوب از جامعه محلی در ذهن ساکنان، ظاهر فیزیکی شهر می‌باشد، توجه به بافت فیزیکی شهر (سطح حمایت بافت‌های تاریخی و قدیمی)، معماری شهر، حفظ و مرمت ابنیه و آثار تاریخی - فرهنگی و . همواره باید مورد توجه مسئولین شهری باشد.

The role of local residents in decisions related to tourism development is critical. Therefore, recognizing the support of local residents and the factors affecting the level of support (residents' image of local community) is necessary.
The purpose of this study is evaluation of residents support on the development of tourism, using structural equation modeling approach and partial least squares (PLS). To do so, using simple stratified sampling method a total of 384 questionnaires, has been distributed in the third quarter of 2016 (21 June -21 September). The سطح حمایت population of the study included local residents of Tabriz city. The results show a significant and positive relationship between residents' image of local community and their support for the development of tourism. Also, there is a significant and positive relationship between residents' image and perceived socio-cultural impacts of tourism. Residents' perception of their place affects their evaluation of سطح حمایت the impacts of development projects and it can has an effect on support for development of tourism. Finally, the results show physical appearance of Tabriz city is the most important factor in shaping residents' perception of the local community. Therefore, city physical tissues (historic and old tissues), city architecture, preservation and restoration of cultural and historical monuments should be considered by policymakers and city officials.
